As a member of the Benzinga Subscription Services Sales Team, you will ensure an excellent customer and prospect experience on Benzinga Pro and adjacent services. Daily activities will include fielding questions and concerns for current and prospective customers through chat, text, phone, email and video conferencing software.
The most successful candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails, and contribute to a positive problem-solving culture on our team. Past sales and customer service experience preferred, but not required. A passion for stock trading will set you apart
