The ideal candidate will have a rich background in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of building and scaling lead-generation businesses in a competitive digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize a robust lead generation strategy that caters to advertisers, ensuring a steady growth in high-quality leads.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals focused on excelling in organic search and creating valuable connections between our audience and our advertising partners.
  • Leverage your experience in affiliate marketing to establish strong relationships with advertisers, understanding their needs, and creating tailored lead generation strategies that deliver value.
  • Optimize our website and content for search engines to ensure top rankings in our active verticals: personal finance, investing, insurance, and mortgages, thereby driving organic traffic and leads.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement, ensuring our lead generation strategies remain competitive and effective.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the organization to ensure alignment and support for our lead-generation initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, tools, and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the lead generation business.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance and ROI of our lead generation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and lead generation, including at least 5 years at an affiliate marketing company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling lead generation businesses, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly within the realms of personal finance, investing, insurance, and mortgages.
